EKU Online Students Earn Health Sciences Degrees
Eastern Kentucky University awarded 209 degrees and certificates to EKU Online graduates in the College of Health Sciences. Commencement exercises took place on Friday, May 13.

The College of Health Sciences offers EKU Online degree programs in Nursing, Occupational Therapy and Child & Family Studies. Online education began at Eastern Kentucky University in 2006 with one class of six students. Today, there are more than 3,000 online students. In Spring 2016, EKU Online graduates were awarded 504 degrees and certificates: 14 associates; 224 bachelor’s; 204 master’s; 10 doctorate; and 52 specialist and certificate designations.
